About Nadya
Nadya Service is a Property Manager with FirstService Residential who found her way into the industry the way many great careers begin — unexpectedly. With an art history degree in hand during a tough economic climate, she joined FirstService Residential as a concierge and quickly discovered a passion for building communities. Within six months she was promoted, and by 2017 she had grown into a full property manager. Fluent in English and Russian, she brings a rare combination of warmth, cultural awareness, and operational know-how to every building she manages.

Over the course of her career spanning Florida, New York, and New Jersey, Nadya has become a trusted name in luxury high-rise and condominium management. Today she oversees a 327-unit luxury high-rise in Hoboken for FirstService Residential, managing a multi-million-dollar budget, major capital projects, and the day-to-day relationships that make a building feel like home. Her early recognition as a 2015 Up and Coming Award recipient and her 2026 MidAtlantic Region Influencer of the Year honor reflect a career built on consistency and genuine care.
